Individual Profiles in Servant Keeper keep everything you need to know concerning your members. There are many standard and extra fields, all of which can be renamed to reflect the wording and types of data necessary for your unique ministry. Individual Attributes is a great place to keep unlimited personal attributes and characteristics to help you better understand, plan for and involve people within your congregation. The individual profile also provides staff members with a central location to see all the information about the individual.

Building a Group

Groups can be created based on the information that is being tracked in Servant Keeper. Groups allow you to manage the families or individuals in your database based on anything that you are tracking in Servant Keeper like common characteristics, areas of ministry or attendance. You can use the groups you create to communicate with the people in your ministry by generating mailings, email, print reports and much more.

Entering Contributions

Servant Keeper speeds up and simplifies the contribution entry process by allowing you to enter different types of contributions like cash, check, donated items; create new accounts and add visitors on the fly during the contribution entry process. The great thing is, you can easily link with Quickbooks, Quicken, or any major accounting program for your church accounting.

Contribution Statements

Servant Keeper makes generating your contributor statements easier than ever before. Go paperless with e-statements! Servant Keeper church software allows you to quickly print statements for everyone that gave with just a couple clicks of the mouse. You also have the power to generate statements based on specific information like amount, contributors, accounts, groups and more.

Adding a Family

A new family can be added in seconds in Servant Keeper. After adding the information for the first person in a family Servant Keeper reduces redundant entry, by automatically filling in information like last name, address, and phone number in each new profile that is added to the family, saving you entry time.

Using SK Writer

SKWriter is a basic word processor merge program built into Servant Keeper that allows you to create letters and forms, select the fields to merge in that document and save the information for the future so you can edit or reuse the letters, forms and documents you create. Documents created using SKWriter can then easily be merged with any group you create in Servant Keeper with just a click of a button.

Membership Manager:

Contribution Listings:

• Contribution listings have been greatly enhanced. When searching for pledged and non-pledged contributions you may search by person or by group. You also have the ability to show both individuals and families when searching pledge and non-pledge contributions.
• You also can merge your individuals from the contribution listings directly to SK Writer documents.
• Ability to Print and Export the list results.
• Ability to add/remove files of information and rearrange field column positions.

Pledge Tracking:

• Pledges are now setup by accounts and are not impacted by dates. Any gifts posted to a pledge account are considered part of the pledge account totals.
• Adding and updating pledges has never been easier. You now have the ability to tag selected people and simultaneously edit or create pledge accounts.
• Ability to track pledges at family level.

Reports:

• You can now Email contribution statements directly from Servant Keeper. (No third party email program needed)
• We have enhanced and added new contribution statements.
• We have created a new date picker tool for reports that makes selecting dates easier by choosing data range options like Today, This Month, Last Month, This Year, Last Year etc.
