Event Space Setup, Room Management, and Reports

Use Check-In to set up events, manage your rooms, and build reports.

With event set-up features, you can set room capacities for all your event spaces. Servant Keeper Check-In will track the number of people in each room and can alert you via email when you’re getting close to reaching capacity. In addition, you can set staff counts for each room to know how many adults you need in each space for adequate supervision.

Double-booking event space will become a thing of the past. You can easily view room conflicts for events scheduled on the same day and time. Plus, you can use the Active Rooms tool to see a list of all rooms where people are currently checking in.

Servant Keeper Check-In comes preloaded with report templates you can use for managing your event space and child check-in. View reports on everything from events scheduled in each room to fire drill reports that show who is in each room. You can use the templates as-is or edit them to fit your ministry.
