Servant Keeper’s Built-In Import Tool:
Transfers data quickly.
Whether you’re a new customer switching from another program, you are a current customer with multiple Servant Keeper databases, or you have a mailing list you want to use to reach your community, you can benefit from the built-in import tool.
Getting data into Servant Keeper happens very quickly with the SK import tool. Simply export your data from your old program into a usable spreadsheet format, and the import tool will help you accurately import your data.
Retains family links.
Keep your family relationships intact.
The import tool is intelligent enough to eliminate duplicates from any list you import, whether it’s your own data or a mailing list.
You may also import contribution data into Servant Keeper, either from another church software company, or from an online giving service. Contribution import should only be done after the donors have been imported into Servant Keeper. Servant Keeper will create separate batches by date for imported contributions. Instructions on performing contribution import can be found in the SK Contributions Guidebook.
